This is the third year DECA has offered the Young Leaders Scholarship. We are so grateful for the support that has afforded us the opportunity to offer funding to a community minded young person in our community. So when thinking about fundraising for our scholarship this year we wanted to do something youthful, something fun, something that brought the neighbourhood together for a good cause. And something that totally rocked…
Enter the DECA RETRO DANCE PARTY!!!!
Join us on Saturday, May 26 at the East Masonic Temple, 13 Chisholm Ave (just north of Danforth, near Main).
Doors open at 8:30pm and DJ Jamie will be spinning vinyl from the 80’s and 90’s all evening. There will be a cash bar, 50/50 draw and raffles to be won!
Retro attire is strongly encouraged 😉
Tickets can be purchased in advance at www.deca.to/danceparty for $12. The link will route you to pay either via credit card or PayPal. In the box “special instructions to seller” please note the names of people attending and how many tickets you are buying. Limited tickets will also be available at the door (cash only).
Ticket, bar, and raffle sales will go towards our scholarship fundraising goal!
