Join your neighbours as we welcome Danforth Neighbourhood Pharmacy Care to our neighbourhood. This beautiful new community pharmacy is located at 2416 Danforth Avenue, near Westlake Avenue.
Come to the grand opening this Saturday, February 16th at 2:00 p.m. and learn about services like free pick-up and delivery, and after-hours prescription services. You can even bring in your old/expired medication, which owner Speros Dorovenis promises to safely dispose of in an environmentally friendly way.
We’re not saying anything about the competition, but there is something to be said for a pharmacy that specializes in being a pharmacy.

Makin’ a Racket at the Rocket is TONIGHT (February 15th) at Red Rocket, located at 1364 Danforth Avenue. “Open mic” for poets, storytellers, authors.
7:30-9:30 p.m., and the cost is pay what you can, with a suggested donation of $5.

I agree the good news about being a pharmacy (not having to push past rows of cosmetics etc) – but I also vote for the Coxwell pharmacy that delivers for free, has all my records — etc etc.
