Business Training Series
The Danforth Mosaic BIA and Woodgreen Community Services are hosting a business training series of workshops by Elizabeth Verwey from Small Office Mentors. The sessions are free to Danforth Mosaic BIA members and $100 for others.
Four workshops will cover business communications, cash flow and money matters, networking and sales strategies and planning for business growth. Once business owners complete these four workshops, they qualify to apply for a micro-load from Alterna Savings.
Workshops are happening February 2/9/16/23 as well as Mondays in June and Wednesdays in October.
Feel free to call Elizabeth directly if you want to find out more about the Business Training Series. 416-463-1713.
Hi:
Just to let you know that the venue of the East End Bike Social has been changed to accommodate the Budget Committee meeting at East York Civic Centre, 850 Coxwell, the same evening.
CHANGE
In lieu of the Budget Meeting at East York Civic Centre also scheduled on Jan. 19 we have decided to move the location for the East End Bike Social to Remarks Bar & Grill (1026 Coxwell Ave).
Some may remember this spot from our June Public Meeting, when we managed to still have a well attended meeting despite the Stanley Cup Final!
So, same meeting just up the street from the Budget Meeting, deputants can come and go as necessary while we keep the wheels turning at the Bar.
We look forward to seeing all of you there!
REMARKS BAR & GRILL
6:00 PM – 10:00PM
1026 Coxwell Ave.
