City of Toronto Short-term Rental Implementation Update

Everyone is invited to provide feedback and share their experience with the bylaw at a virtual operators’ meeting or an in-person public consultation. The City requests you register in advance.

Virtual meeting: October 17th (6:30 pm to 8:30 pm) Register online,  In-person meeting: October 24th at Metro Hall, 55 John Street, Room 308/309 (6:30 pm – 8:30 pm) Register online

Expanding Housing Options in Neighbourhoods

The City of Toronto’s Major Streets Study, which builds on the permissions for gentle intensification established through the Laneway suites, Garden suites and Multiplex Studies has an online consultation meeting. To register, click the link below corresponding to your preferred date and time.

Night Economy

Staff reports on licensing and zoning regulations for restaurants, bars and entertainment venues and supporting the growth of Toronto’s Night Economy, are now expected at the November 28, 2023 meeting of the Economic and Community Development Committee (ECDC) and the November 30, 2023 meeting of the Planning and Housing Committee (PHC).
