It’s our third annual Bike Day! Here’s what we have in the lineup:
Guests/Tables
Bicycle Mayor Alison Stewart will be hanging with us in the DECA tent from 4-6pm. Find out about the role she plays in cycling advocacy in the city. We’ll also have folks from the Friends for Life Bike Rally who will share info about their amazing ride to Montreal to raise funds to support people living with AIDS.
In our community tent, we’ll have Bike Brigade with Community Fridges. Let’s see how full we can fill Iain’s panniers with local food for local fridges!
We’ll also have so many prizes from local businesses to be won in the DECA Bike Safety Quiz Wheel Of Prizes and the Bike Day Draw. **
Tuneup Area
32 Spokes and friends and Anderson’s Bicycle Company will be doing free bike checks and light tuneups.
Kids’ Zone
Mischief Makers will help kids decorate bikes and scooters with upcycled materials.
