Please join DECA for our 3rd Annual Festival of Lights tree-lighting at East Lynn Park. This festive event will be fun for kids and adults alike! We are so grateful to our amazing project lead, Angela Matich, has put together an amazing event with her team of volunteers and sponsors. Here are the details:
