Market this week: sun, bees, flags and more!

My weather app tells me the sun is coming out tomorrow afternoon with a temperature of 24C.  That seems perfect for an evening at the farmers market!

DECA TREE will be at the market this week sharing information about an Adopt-a-Park Tree Program for East Lynn Park.  A number of new trees were planted in the park last fall by the City of Toronto and DECA Tree is looking for volunteers who are passionate about keeping them alive.  Come talk to them at the DECA Booth.

BeeHappy will be our community guest with information on bees and bee hives for sale.

This week’s winery will be 13th Street Winery.

Kids Korner

Our fabulous friends at Silly Goose Kids will be at the market with a fun-filled activity for kids at 4:30 p.m.  Also, stop by the face-painting tent area to build your own flag in preparation for Canada Day.
