Orders are now open for this Thursday, August 6th’s East Lynn Park Farmers’ Market deliveries.
Check out what our vendors are offering online this week:
Welcome new vendor Fisher’s Field with their Wet Garlic.
– What is Wet Garlic? Wet (or green) garlic is freshly-harvested garlic that hasn’t been hung up to dry. It’s sweeter, milder and less pungent than the usual kind and is lovely sliced straight into salads.
Sweet Corn, New Potatoes (Red, White and Yellow flesh), Yellow Wax Beans and Zucchini
AND
Farm Fresh Veggie Boxes – 2 sizes (for families of 1-2 or 2-4) This week’s boxes contain Sweet Corn, New Potatoes, Yellow/Green Beans and Zucchini. (Items may vary due to crop availability)
A HUGE thank you to our team of amazing volunteers who have made the first 7 weeks of the new virtual market a success. Each Thursday we have a team of folks who unload farm produce, sort the orders into deliver quadrants and then deliver over 100 orders each week! As we grow each week, we need more help! If you can help for a few hours on a Thursday, please check out our market volunteer SIGN UP SITE
