José Unda A celebrated abstract artist from Quito Ecuador, who now lives in Toronto. Situated firmly in the abstract camp, José’s work is reminiscent of the Abstract Expressionists of New York City, with influences such as Mark Rothko and Jackson Pollock.

Kendra Gadzala: Art Oil paintings on wood panel or archival paper, documenting the landscapes of Ontario. The colours used are often saturated and interpretive, creating a heightened sense of drama and mood. Cold wax is often used to create texture in the work.

Soot and Sugar and Sheila DeCuyper

 

Functional pottery mugs, bowls, other dishes and vessels, made by two ceramic artists whose work is quite different but complementary.  Jennifer’s work is primarily black/white/cream with the use of underglaze and sgraffito to create abstract textures and botanical patterns.  Sheila’s work is multi-coloured, abstract organic that loosely references nature/natural phenomena.
Sophie Lafleur Fine Art Mixed media encaustic painting, using original photography and other media to convey a love of nature, its extraordinary colours, patterns, texture and beauty.

Isabella Brown Painting, drawing, and sculpture. Reflects an unconventional way of thinking, along with the beauty in nature and the otherworldly.
Man Lee Chung With roots in Hong Kong and experiences in California, China, Singapore and now Toronto, Mani infuses her art with vibrant colors, heavy textures, and bold strokes. She aspires to nurture inner peace, reflection and beauty amid life’s complexities.
