The BIA is hosting free monthly information sessions for its members and for members of the community. The first one is tomorrow night (Tuesday, October 21) and it’s about community safety planning. It’s at 7:30 p.m. at the BIA office at 692 Coxwell, just south of Danforth . Keep reading for more information below.
Although this information is primarily geared to business owners along the Danforth, some of the information presented may be very useful to area residents, especially if you are considering opening your own business. For community residents and business owners, it will be a chance to view the information presented from a different perspective.
The Information Seminars are held in our business offices located at the heart of the BIA at 692 Coxwell Avenue, directly south of Danforth. For your convenience, the session times vary from day to evening meetings to allow participants to attend. Except where noted, the seminars are offered on the third Tuesday of the month. The program is free.
From the information that we learn at these seminars, DMBIA plans to launch various activities in the community including safety audits, street improvements and other community events. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
Please bring your friends, your neighbours or your favourite local business person. We hope to see you soon! Contact Information: Danforth Mosaic Business Improvement Association – 416.849.6688
